As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you are a mentor, an advocate, and a friend. You’ll help people reach their personal goals, from learning new skills to participating in the community.


 What you’ll do

  • Be a Mentor & Friend - Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and dreams.
  • Explore the Community - Support individuals with transportation to dining, shopping, and fun community events.
  • Empower Independence - Help with and coach daily living skills that turn "I can't" into "I just did"
  • Be a Partner in Daily Life - Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Provide Safe Care - Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation of progress and well-being
Requirements

 Who You Are

  • You have a huge heart and even more patience.
  • You’re a problem-solver who stays calm when things get unpredictable.
  • You're at least 18 years old.
  • You’re reliable. The people we support count on you to show up and be your best self.
  • You have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license and a good driving recordcar insurance, and ability to pass a background check.
