ABOUT THE ROLE
Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily utility activities to ensure uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while maintaining a strong safety culture.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
• Makes recommendations for workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, conflict resolution, performance evaluations and separations.
• Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the cleanup of worksite.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas
• Performs daily inspections on the plant
• Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Analyses operational data and reconfigures operating areas as necessary to provide adequate, economical service
• Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports.
• Maintains an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers service
• Facilitates regular staff meetings and safety toolbox talks.
• Regularly communicates Company financial goals and objectives to direct reports, and ensures they are performing activities daily that support those goals.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or three 3 years of equivalent experience
Required Work Experience:Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Demonstrated leadership abilities Strong oral and written communication skills
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience helpful.
Travel Requirements: Local travel throughout n/a.
Additional Requirements:
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
