Job Description:

3 Rocks Engineering & Surveying is seeking a motivated and versatile engineer or surveyor to establish and manage our new office at Emergent Campus Trinidad. This office will help us better serve The City of Trinidad and surrounding areas, allowing us to expand our reach and continue delivering high-quality engineering and surveying services to Southern Colorado.

​Gotta Have It:​

• Licensed in Colorado as an Engineer Intern, Professional Engineer, Land Survey Intern, or Professional Land Surveyor.

• 4+ years of engineering or surveying experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• The ability to work independently.

• A desire to see the City of Trinidad and surrounding communities prosper through giving more than you take.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing others.

•   Experience working on projects in rural Colorado.

•  Experience working on a wide variety of projects.

•  The ability to conduct site visits and collect information for other disciplines.

• The ability to communicate well with clients to guide them through engineering and surveying processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Project Surveyor 2 (4-6 years): $70,000 to $90,000

• Professional Land Surveyor (5+ years): $85,000 to $110,000

• Design Engineer (4-8 years): $64,000 to $92,000

• Project Engineer (6-15 years): $85,000 to $104,000

• Engineering Project Manager (12-20 years): $85,000 to $115,000

• Senior Project Manager (20+ years): $90,000 to $115,000
