Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $200-$1500/wk. 

Location: Penrose, CO.

Job Description:

```Duties```

- Respond to service calls for towing and recovery of vehicles

- Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations

- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment

- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

- Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

- Automotive repair: Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance procedures

- Tow truck operation: Proficient in operating a tow truck and using towing equipment safely

- Forklift operation: Experience in operating a forklift to load and unload vehicles

- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Commercial driving: Must have clean driving record, CDL not needed but a Bonus(Higher Pay)

- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of vehicle mechanics and ability to perform minor repairs

- Manual transmission: Proficient in driving vehicles with manual transmissions

- Load/unload: Ability to safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques

- Automotive diagnostics: Familiarity with diagnostic tools and ability to diagnose basic vehicle issues

This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently and handle various situations with professionalism. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
