Summary
We are seeking a Laborer to join our team at Basic Industries. This position plays a vital role in our production process, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality wood stakes. As part of our team, you will help us achieve our goals while enjoying a supportive and engaging work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production process by performing various labor tasks as assigned.
- Focus on running our wood grinder and maximizing material produced
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Support team members in achieving production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or labor position is a plus but not required.
