Job Type: Full time, Part time, Hourly

Wage: $15-$16/hr.

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Basic Industries is a rapidly growing wood stake mill dedicated to high production and quality service. Summary

We are seeking a Laborer to join our team at Basic Industries. This position plays a vital role in our production process, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality wood stakes. As part of our team, you will help us achieve our goals while enjoying a supportive and engaging work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production process by performing various labor tasks as assigned.
  • Focus on running our wood grinder and maximizing material produced
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Support team members in achieving production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or labor position is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
