Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to manage our end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, vendor relations, purchasing processes, material compliance, and contract management. Essential Functions:
  • Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels, including raw materials, ensuring certifications and compliance are up to date and in spec.
  • Set and monitor reorder points to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Own and manage the entire purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with the company’s purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure reliability and quality of materials.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all materials meet contract-specific required compliance standards and certifications.
  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring all agreements are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Own the Inventory ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, purchasing, and vendor performance.
  • Conduct periodic audits of inventory as needed.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and finished products.
  • Optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to analyze schedules and align inventory levels accordingly.
Competencies, Experience, and Education:

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPSM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Environment
The work will be primarily in office and manufacturing environments.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Frequent movement through a manufacturing environment.
  • Use of personal protective equipment appropriate to the work location.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Typical workdays are on a 5-day week. Employees are expected to work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.

Salary
55,000 - 70,000 Depending on Experience
