Position Summary:

The Sr. Industry GTM Program Manager will support innovative strategies and strategic projects aligned with growing the Pax8 vendor marketplace through industry and vertical offerings. The Sr. Program Manager has experience in program management and go-to-market offerings for industry. This expert individual contributor will be on point to lead cross-functional, complex transformation initiatives working with Pax8’s Corporate Vendor Alliances group.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own the program management of vertical go to market (GTM) for Pax8 including:
    • Landing the strategy from new route to market lead
    • Partnering with the business to stand up industry content and messaging for partners.
    • Identify trends in market for Small to Medium size businesses (SMB)
    • Working to launch content and manage many projects at once to ensure the messaging lands with partners.
    • Ensure the ability for the business to track and monitor impact of the program in market.
    • Monitor vendor performance inside industry or vertical focus and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Partner with launch GTM leads to ensure content is captured from new vendors at time of launch.
    • Manage any budgetary and reporting requirements for associated projects.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how best to progress with the project and communicating any impacts to stakeholders serve as the SME for the associated projects in the industry team.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties (when applicable) for flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Create long and short-term plans assisting with defining project scope and objectives.
  • Plans should include targets for milestones adhering to deadlines, and account for relevant internal stakeholder engagements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying stakeholders, timelines, budgets and impacts with the right focus, attention, and priority.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and refining the project approach in order to optimize its effectiveness and align with the company's overall growth objectives.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in a business development and/or global project/program management role
  • Experience building and maintaining interdepartmental collaboration and co-dependence to foster long-term partnerships and drive continued growth for the company.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. B
  • e able to articulate complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and build strong relationships with their counterparts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Comfortable working with data, including vendor performance metrics, sales data, and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Adaptability & Execution: Adapt to changing business needs and market conditions, shifting priorities as needed to support the success of the company and its vendors and execute expertly to deadlines.
  • Communication: Ability to convey messages effectively to clients and team members.
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, compartmentalize projects, and document everything in agreed upon location.
  • Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing and solving problems that arise during a project.
  • Technical Writing: Ability to create clear, concise documents that are easy to understand.
  • Ability to resolve disputes between team members or stakeholders in a way that benefits the project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

Required Education & Certifications: B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $116,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
