Wage: $21.09-$27.42/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description

If you are passionate about positively impacting the lives of others in the world of early childhood education, the SPIN Center Director role might be for you! The SPIN Center Director will educate parents, teachers, and community leaders on the incredible value of early childhood education. In a Center Director, we look for committed individuals who want to positively impact the lives of children and their families while effectively and efficiently running all school operations. The Director promotes the children's social, physical, and intellectual growth and works with the staff to create a warm, inspiring environment while keeping parents informed and engaged

  • Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Assist with implementing the Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.

  • Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field. An Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
  • Large Center Director Certificate required.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
