Position Summary:

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for providing support to internal end-users of the software. Pax8 uses ServiceNow as a core business tool across many departments both internal and external facing. They are highly motivated and experienced with a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. The Administrator ensures our access controls and deployment pipelines are functional and adhered to. They confirm the availability and performance of the platform and will own the feature releases.

The Administrator maintains a thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including available modules and future product features. The Administrator provides feedback to the ServiceNow Development team on UX and feature enhancements and assists in triage for ServiceNow incidents/requests inbound to Development teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides end-user support and training for ServiceNow features and functionality while maintaining a thorough understanding of the Pax8 business units as our customers and deliver exceptional support
  • Supports ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems, such as HR, finance, and IT Administers and manages the ServiceNow Continuous Deployment pipelines for environment release management
  • Drives own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programs, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job trainings
  • Manages ServiceNow security controls to ensure data integrity and system access controls including user roles, permissions, and groups

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Visual Task Boards, and the Service Portal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to be self-motivated and independent

Required Education Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Professional certifications in ServiceNow (CSA), or other related credentials preferred

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $58,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
