Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings for boiler systems, heating units, and related mechanical infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company with professionalism
- Educate clients on plumbing solutions and generate sales opportunities through trust and expertise
- Accurately complete service tickets, reports, and documentation
- Operate and maintain service van and equipment responsibly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with dispatch and office staff for scheduling and customer communication
- Participate in training and mentorship opportunities
- Uphold ethical standards and company values on every job
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Active plumbing license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-minded with the ability to build customer trust
- Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
- Must possess valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety, ethics, and accountability

- Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility required depending on service calls
