Job Description:

Crave is a full service, upscale casual Italian Restaurant located on Main Street in Buena Vista, Colorado. We are looking for a few industry savvy individuals to join our team on a full or part time basis. We have openings for day and night shift servers. We are a full service restaurant that is busy year round. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, professional, familiar with steps of service, coursing, table numbers, seat numbers, and all other aspects or the restaurant industry. Bar knowledge or experience is a plus. We are looking for someone looking to join a great team of hard-working, mountain loving, restaurant professionals. We will consider training the right person.

Responsibilities

• Full service - 5 to 6 table sections
• Set up dining room for service
• Ensure food is presented properly deliver to our guests
• Ensure guests are enjoying their dining experience
• Check on customers regularly
• Follow the 'Cycle of Service'
• Maintain personal hygiene follow proper health code guidelines

Requirements

• Willingness to learn, study, practice outside of work.
• A drive to be great, regardless of task
• Proven experience interacting with customers
• Knowledge of menu is extremely important, including up selling.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills, in a high-pace environment
• Full Service experience a plus
