Wage: $20-$40/hr.

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Job Description:

Crave is a full service, upscale casual Italian Restaurant located on Main Street in Buena Vista, Colorado. We have a rare opening on our front of house team for a top performing server. We are a full service restaurant that is busy year round. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, a proven professional in the service industry, familiar with steps of service, coursing, table numbers, seat numbers, and all other aspects or the restaurant industry. Bar knowledge or experience is a plus. We are looking for someone looking to join a great team of hard-working, mountain loving, restaurant professionals.

Responsibilities

• Full service - 6 to 7 table sections
• Set up dining room for service
• Ensure food is presented properly & deliver to our guests
• Ensure guests are enjoying their dining experience
• Check on customers regularly
• Follow the 'Cycle of Service'
• Maintain personal hygiene & follow proper health code guidelines

Requirements

• Willingness to learn, study, practice outside of work. A drive to be great, regardless of task
• Proven experience interacting with customers
• Knowledge of menu is extremely important, including up selling.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills, in a high-pace environment
• Full Service experience a plus

• Tips (not pooled, tip out for support staff), Avg $20-$30/ hr, Combined $30-40/hr
