Are you ready to shape the future of Pax8’s Security and Service teams? We’re seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager who will act as the voice of our internal stakeholders, guiding product development within an Agile framework to deliver outcomes that matter. In this role, you'll represent the Security and Service organizations within Microsoft and ServiceNow environments, ensuring that our tech teams stay ahead of the curve while aligning with business goals.

What You’ll Do Every Day:

  • Lead the vision: You'll define and communicate the product vision and strategy, making sure it aligns with both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Backlog Orchestrator: Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, continuously refining it based on feedback and changes in the market.
  • Stakeholder whisperer: Represent Security and Service teams’ interests in product discussions. You’ll ensure that we’re building the right things to meet their goals.
  • Data-driven communicator: Build transparent dashboards and roadmaps that provide clear visibility into team performance and progress.
  • Mentorship matters: Guide and mentor mid-level product managers and analysts, helping them grow while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Customer proxy: Spend time with internal stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and acting as their voice in product development.
  • Problem-solving partner: Always available to support delivery teams, answering questions and removing roadblocks to ensure smooth development processes.

To Thrive in This Role, You Must:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Bring 8+ years of experience in product management, with a solid background in Agile methodologies.
  • Know your way around Microsoft and ServiceNow technical environments.
  • Have exceptional communication and leadership skills that make cross-functional collaboration a breeze.
  • Be proficient in backlog management, road mapping, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Prioritize problems like a pro, focusing on solving complex challenges that make a real impact.
  • Bonus points if you have certifications like Professional Scrum Product Owner I or Certified Scrum Product Owner.
  • What Success Looks Like:

    • Within 90 days, you’ll have built strong relationships with key stakeholders in our Security and Service teams, and have a deep understanding of their pain points and goals.
    • Within 6 months, you’ll have implemented a product roadmap that aligns with these stakeholders’ priorities and delivered meaningful outcomes in collaboration with the delivery teams.
    • Within 1 year, you will have spearheaded the successful launch of multiple features, driving strategic enterprise initiatives and measurable improvements in service outcomes.

    Compensation:

    • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $125,000/yr or more depending on experience

    *Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
