Job Description:
No matter who you are, Pax8 is a place you can call home. We know there’s no such thing as a “perfect" candidate, so we don’t look for the right "fit" – instead, we look for the add. We encourage you to apply for a role at Pax8 even if you don’t meet 100% of the bullet points. We believe in cultivating an environment with a diversity of perspectives, in hopes that we can all thrive in an inclusive environment.
We are only as great as our people. And we have great people all over the world. No matter where you live and work, you’re a part of the Pax8 team. This means embracing hybrid- and remote-work whenever possible.
Product at Pax8:

To ensure that what we’re building is easy-to-use, engaging, and sustainably monetizable, we’re passionate about collaboration across Pax8 and with our managed service provider (MSP) partners. We clear barriers by compulsively assessing cost-benefit to ensure that highest priority products can be brought to market quickly, ensuring that we’re leading the field in cloud-based SaaS distribution, and solving both user and business problems pragmatically through short incubation and frequent iteration. We build innovative products that demonstrably drive partner and customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, and bring our users clear, top-tier benefits.
Position Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager – Data at Pax8, you’ll embark on an exciting journey to shape the future of data-driven decision-making for our partners. You’ll craft the vision and strategy for innovative data products that empower our customers to maximize their business potential. By collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and data scientists, you’ll help shape the Opportunity Explorer tool, enabling our partners to gain a deeper understanding of their sales performance and capture untapped opportunities in the marketplace.
Every day, you’ll dive into the heart of data product management, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and own a roadmap that aligns with both customer needs and business goals. Whether you’re creating recommendation models in partnership with the Data Science team or brainstorming new ways to enhance the Opportunity Explorer, your focus will be on driving real, actionable insights for partners. You’ll lead efforts to integrate advanced security features and create cutting-edge sales enablement tools, all while experimenting and iterating to deliver the most impactful solutions.
To thrive in this role, you must have a strong background in product management, with experience in building data products that drive sales insights and enablement. Your ability to think strategically, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with a diverse team will be critical to your success.
