What You’ll Do

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer I, you’ll be a key player in transforming our infrastructure from a centralized monolith to a distributed microservice ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across engineering teams to:
  • Architect and guide the technical approach for microservices
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Helm, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and GitHub Actions
  • Mentor engineering teams to elevate technical excellence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and participate in on-call rotations

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with 6–9 years of experience in software infrastructure and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll thrive here if you have:
  • Expertise in Bash, Python, AWS CLI, Java, and JavaScript
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, ElastiCache, RDS, MSK, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Sumo Logic, New Relic, Honeycomb, and AWS Cloudwatch
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and containerized environments
  • Agile mindset and experience with tools like Jira, Wrike, or Rally

Required Education & Certifications: 

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience 

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $160,000 to $185,000 or more depending on experience.
