Position Summary:

The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for leading segmentation analytics and insights for America’s Marketing efforts. They will gather, analyze, and leverage data-driven insights foster full life-cycle analytics of segments across the marketing funnel. The Manager will be comfortable navigating a wide variety of campaign types, integrating campaigns into customer journey pathways, have experience executing campaigns that support multiple motions within the marketing funnel, and have strong working knowledge of successful marketing and sales integration focused on delivering tangible outcomes/results.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Participate in all campaign strategy calls with Marketing Directors-Americas and cross-collaborate to inspire creativity in execution, align on audience details, understand media plans, and campaign deliverables for success to be included within each campaign brief.
  • Create and optimize an inclusive campaign execution plan template to encompass full delivery and communication paths of each campaign into the market while orchestrating down-stream “always-on” plans and optimization paths to align to expanding customer journeys.
  • Research internal and external market trends and needs within the industry.
  • Accountable for campaign results and optimization strategy to maximize investment and ROMI.
  • Work closely with the Demand, Field Marketing, and Revenue Marketing teams to facilitate comprehensive campaign execution plans for each campaign to cover complete execution details.
  • Attend all weekly campaign POD calls and provide a weekly overview of highlights by campaigns in the America’s campaign POD.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement and Field Marketing teams to align on timing, assets, and resources needed to fully enable the sales and sales specialty teams to integrate the campaign into daily, workable actions to drive pipeline activity and new deals won.
  • Navigate execution of campaigns throughout customer journey pathways to curate targeted, meaningful experiences while meeting the performance criteria.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least five (5) years of relevant B2B Marketing or Revenue Marketing experience in proven campaign execution capabilities.
  • Prior experience with Sales or Business Development is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience managing competing projects in a cross-functional environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of revenue marketing tactics across the buyer journey funnel with an emphasis on differentiated treatment across journeys and successful campaign integration within those journeys.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and lead projects from start to end, providing a clear framework, timeline, success metrics, and feedback loops by campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience setting campaign benchmarks, achieving performance attainment, and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, self-motivated, team player who operates well in a dynamic, change-oriented environment; and seeks to make an impact.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Education Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior Project Management experience, skills, or certifications a plus.

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $88,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
