Position Summary: The Cybersecurity Ecosystem Influencer develops and executes a comprehensive training strategy that addresses the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices. In addition, they will establish Pax8 as the go-to for cybersecurity by leading the creation of engaging and informative content that educates and inspires partners across various industries.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity training program that addresses the latest threats, trends, and best practices
  • Lead the development of training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and other content formats
  • Engage with a team of trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Establish the organization as a thought leader in the cybersecurity field through original research, whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements
  • Stay up to date on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and ensure training content reflects the latest knowledge and insights

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective cybersecurity training programs
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices
  • Experience with instructional design and content creation, including e-learning modules and multimedia presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate audiences of all levels
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish credibility with partners

Required Education Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $170,000 or more depending on experience 

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
