Join Our Parks & Recreation Team – Seasonal Parks Worker
The City of Salida Parks and Recreation Department is now hiring Seasonal Parks Workers to help care for the parks, trails, and public spaces that make Salida such a special place to live and play. If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in maintaining beautiful community spaces, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks supporting the operation, maintenance, and repair of City parks, trails, and recreation facilities. You’ll work alongside Parks & Recreation managers, supervisors, and crew members to keep our public spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and visitors year-round.
Hiring range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour dependent on experience This position includes a free individual pool pass to the Hot Springs Aquatic Center and discounts on recreation and aquatics programs and products.
