Location: Canon City, CO.
Job Description:
Sales Associate provides assistance to customers and has a variety of responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities include friendly customer service, accurate Point of Sale operations, complying with all company policies, and keeping a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. The essential functions of the position are:
❖ Greet and provide friendly customer service.
❖ Comply with all company policies.
❖ Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
❖ Attend all mandatory meetings.
❖ Keep store open during posted business hours.
❖ Keep store adequately stocked with merchandise.
❖ Support all company initiatives and loyalty programs.
❖ Maintain store appearance to expectation of customer appeal survey.
❖ Areas outside of the store must be maintained and be inviting to customers.
❖ Complete required shift duties.
❖ Report all issues with inside and outside equipment to immediate supervisor.
❖ Stand on your feet for long periods of time.
❖ Lift and stock cases that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
❖ Work in variety of temperatures.
❖ Adhere to Tobacco, E-cig, and Alcohol sales regulations.
❖ Maintain a safe work environment according to company, state, and federal guidelines.
❖ Operate Point of Sale terminal and correctly make change.
❖ Control merchandise, gasoline, and cash losses.
❖ Complete required paperwork.
❖ Complete additional tasks assigned by Store Manager.
