Location: Poncha Springs, CO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on recreational vehicles. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

We are offering relocation assistance for the right candidate for this position and are also seeking seasonal RV Technicians for our busy season (March/April-September)

The pay structure is flat rate and rate will depend on skillset and certifications.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair various mechanical and electrical issues in RVs, including automotive electrical systems and diesel engine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and suspension work.
• Assemble components and parts as needed to ensure proper functionality of the RV.
• Conduct auto body repairs to maintain the aesthetic quality of the vehicles.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repair processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair status.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Must have tools and reliable vehicle

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
• Certified RV Technicians are preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, body work and general maintenance tasks is essential.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in a workshop setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, stay busy, plan your work for the day and come prepared.
