Job Description:
We are a family owned & operated RV Dealer for 29 years. We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving RV sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience while meeting their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV inventory and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
