- Clinic RN: Works within the full scope of RN practice, providing direct patient care, including collecting patient information, supporting evaluations, administering treatments and medications, and educating patients. - Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
- Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
- Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.

- Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements.

Customer Service & Advocacy
- Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
- Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.

- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
