Location: Canon City, CO.

Sonny's Ace Home Center, a Mead Lumber Company, is a leading provider of products to professional contractors, construction builders and remodelers. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you are essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while leading and mentoring our sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee merchandising and inventory management to maintain store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff hours to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably with Ace Hardware.
- Strong merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to supervise and coach employees effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Reliability and flexibility in work schedule, including nights and weekends.
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to team success.
Wage: $18.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
