We’re seeking an outgoing, helpful associate to welcome and assist customers with their projects while working in a fast-paced and fun environment. As a Retail Plumbing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the plumbing department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with their plumbing needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, guiding customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Receive, stock, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently to maintain inventory integrity.
- Keep the plumbing department clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist with product displays and merchandising to promote sales and highlight new arrivals.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule--including weekends.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift 40-50lbs.
- Knowledge of plumbing supplies is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Reliable and good work ethic.
- Friendly outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Wage: $16.00 / hour - $18.00 / hour depending on experience.
