We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise and passion for cannabis will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
• Educate customers on various strains, products, and consumption methods to enhance their experience.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring compliance with inventory management practices.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment.
• Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math to manage inventory effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
