Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $17-$21/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

911 Restoration is The Fresh Start Company and our main goal is to impact people in a positive way. We are a nationwide franchise that provides our customers with peace of mind and the foundation to rebuild their dreams. 911 Restoration supports clients who are going through disasters to ensure that they are back to their routine, faster and better than before. Our services include water damage, mold, fire, and disaster restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning and restoration tasks for residential and commercial properties affected by fire, mold or water damage.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out restoration projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration tasks.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of damaged contents to determine restoration feasibility and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Apply specialized cleaning and restoration techniques to various materials and items, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Adhere to all established safety protocols, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Execute meticulous packing, inventorying, and transportation of client belongings, ensuring their protection and preservation throughout the restoration process.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all restoration work, including detailed inventory logs, progress reports, and photographic documentation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to restore properties to their original condition.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute instructions, work orders, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
  • Physical capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
