  Job Requirements:

  • Previous Restaurant Experience Not Required – We’ll train you!
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills – You love making people feel welcome.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Clear communication is key.
  • Team-Focused Attitude – You thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong Time Management Skills – You know how to stay organized and get things done.
  • TIPS Training Preferred (Front of House) – But not required.
  • Food Handler Card Preferred (Back of House) – But not required.
  • Professional Appearance – You represent the team with pride.
  • Goal-Oriented – You’re driven and focused on success.
  • Physical Stamina – Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods.

   

  Back of House Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with commercial cooking equipment and prep stations.
  • Follow standardized recipes and HACCP standards for food safety.
  • Practice safe and efficient food handling.

   

  Front of House Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Operate the TOAST point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver food to guests promptly, whether to the table or for take-out.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and guest areas.
  • Assist with banquets and events as needed.
  • Follow all policies of 8 Mile/Echo Canyon River Expeditions and Colorado Health Department.
