Job: Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Job Type: Full time, Salaried
Wage: $55,000-$70,000/yr.
Location: Canon City, CO.
Job Description:
Unbridled Hospitality Group is a dynamic full-service hospitality company that encompasses two distinctive restaurants, three vibrant bars, and a historic boutique hotel concept. Rooted in our core values of character, change, credibility, and community, we are dedicated to reigniting the spirit of hospitality along Main Street in Canon City, Colorado, and throughout Fremont County.
Job Description:
We’re searching for a true hospitality leader who lives on the floor, not in the office. You’ll run a fine-dining restaurant paired with two upscale bars while keeping one foot firmly in the hotel—blending teams, breaking down barriers, and making every guest feel the magic of the entire property. Guest experience is everything: from the lobby welcome to the last sip at the bar, you will deliver unreasonable hospitality along every step of their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations while actively bridging hotel and F&B teams through shared goals, cross-training, and unified pre-shifts.
- Be visibly present—greeting guests at tables, checking in at the front desk, jumping into in-room dining deliveries, or troubleshooting a late-night bar order.
- Oversee all F&B execution (dining, bar, banquets, catering, coffee) with a sharp eye on quality, speed, and our unreasonable hospitality standards.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a flexible team that understands the full guest journey and can step into any role when needed.
- Use real-time guest feedback (from reviews, staff huddles, and direct interactions) to make instant improvements across outlets.
- Partner with the Hotel GM to align labor, control costs, and boost total revenue through smart cross-selling and package upsells.
- Uphold flawless health, safety, and brand standards—everywhere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of food production processes, banquet operations, bartending techniques, and catering services.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to join Unbridled Hospitality Group. If you're passionate about delivering relentless hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!
