Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Reservation Specialist to join our dynamic team of Adventure Coordinators at a fast-paced, seasonal whitewater rafting company operating from May through September.
In this role, you will be a key part of our guest experience and reservation operations, handling customer service, booking management, retail support, and guest communications. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-energy, tourism-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest support throughout the booking process
- Assist with retail operations and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain accurate reservation records using basic computer systems
- Communicate trip details, availability, and scheduling information clearly and professionally
- Support the overall guest experience as part of a collaborative Adventure Coordinator team
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and phone system proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a busy, seasonal tourism environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to be trained
- Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, retail, or tourism is a plus but not required
Position Details:
- Seasonal summer employment (May–September)
