Job: Registered Dental EDDA Assistant

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $22/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

The perfect fit would be a certified EDDA with at least 2 years of experience but will train the right person. They would be able to handle a fast paced, upbeat environment, and focused on being a positive influence to our team and patients.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, utilizing knowledge of dental terminology and 3D scanning technology.
- Perform tasks related to general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics under the supervision of a licensed dentist.
- Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment, demonstrating proficiency in anatomy knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
- EDDA Certification
- Chairside assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in dental terminology
- Solid understanding of anatomy
- Familiarity with 3D scanner technology
- Previous experience in general dentistry
- Ability to work with aseptic technique
- Proven skills in dental assisting
