About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, community, and center-based settings. This position works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and plays a key role in supporting client progress through consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.
As an RBT, you will work directly with children using evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
- Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior
- Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members
- Complete timely and accurate data collection using tablet or computer systems
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (if not RBT certified, see our Behavior Technician posting)
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)
- Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies
- Clean background check and positive professional references
- Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children
- Flexible with scheduling and program needs, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to long-term role and organizational mission
- Coachable, reliable, professional, and growth mindset
Pay Range
- $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.
- *The $250 sign-on bonus will be retained only if you reach a minimum of 90 days of employment.
- Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location
