Rose Veterinary Hospital is a busy growing veterinary hospital. We are looking for confident, professional, friendly faces to join our customer service team.
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and an eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain records of visitors, clients, and staff members.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
