Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $25-$28/hr.

Location: Leadville, CO.

Job Description:

Summary:

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently installing doors, drawer fronts and panels on custom cabinets utilizing carpentry skills in a manner that exceeds our customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities

· The primary function is to install and adjust drawer fronts, doors and panels on custom made cabinets.

· Ability to read and write English – required to fill out and submit a daily field report of job progress/issues.

· Work off-site in customer homes with minimal supervision.

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure and safely use hand power tools (drill, screw gun, circular saw, table saw, nail gun).

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.

· Able to physically lift, push, pull and move material from the shop to a vehicle and then into customer’s home.

· Perform daily inspections on company-provided vehicles and ensure they are clean, fueled and in good operating condition.

· Work safely in awkward and tight positions. Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating.

· Ability to do Finish Touch-Ups a plus.

· Good customer relationship skills and ability to represent the company in a professional manner.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

· 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

· Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required) with a clean driving record.

· Ability to read, write and speak English and authorized to work in the United States.

· Must be punctual, reliable and have a positive attitude.

· Prior experience preferred.

Work Conditions:

· Safely able to lift, push, pull and move 50 pounds solo and as a team if heavier.

· Ability to climb a ladder/step stool and work from elevations.

· Employee must use hands and fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms sometimes above head, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

· Ability to bend at the waist numerous times per day.
