Griffis/Blessing Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee our community. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can lead a service-oriented team.
The perfect candidate would:
- Have at least 1-2 years' experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement
- Come prepared to join a busy property in Buena Vista, CO
- Bring their A+ game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
- Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner's goal in mind.
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance

Preferred candidate to have minimum two years prior experience as an on-site property manager or assistant manager of a community of comparable size. Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. CAM or ARM certifications helpful. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organization skills, and a positive team player. Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos; ask for a copy of the company dress code. Demonstrated ability to work well with site staff, residents, supervisor, other Griffis/Blessing employees, corporate office employees and vendors.
