Job Type: Full time, Salaried

Wage: $60,000-$75,000/yr.

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and resources to construction sites, collaborating closely with Site Supervisors and other team members to maintain project timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and address logistical challenges. You will contribute to the success of cutting-edge 3D construction printing and traditional construction projects by streamlining material management and fostering clear communication across teams.

Your proactive approach will ensure orders are placed on time, deliveries align with project needs, and schedules remain on track. With a solutions-oriented mindset and exceptional coordination skills, you’ll help drive the execution of innovative construction projects.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) VeroTouch requires that the applicant has sufficient ability to complete the required tasks outlined in essential duties/responsibilities along with the physical means and skills outlined below.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Project Coordination
    • Collaborate with Site Supervisors to identify material needs and ensure timely procurement.
    • Maintain construction schedules by coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and confirming delivery timelines.
    • Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and material needs to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist in resolving logistical challenges, including delays or shortages, to minimize disruptions.
  • Material Management
    • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications.
    • Verify deliveries align with orders and resolve discrepancies in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
    • Oversee inventory levels and organize storage of materials to optimize accessibility and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
    • Prepare regular status reports to keep the team informed of project progress and potential risks.
    • Support the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction logistics, or a related role (preferred)
    • Familiarity with construction materials, workflows, or 3D construction printing (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and inventory tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
