Wage: $17/hr.
Location: Penrose, CO.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating a manual and/or automated tape and reel packaging machine. Excellent vision is a must. This is a part-time position 4-6 weeks.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Set up and adjust machines for different product types
- Follow documented instructions
- Inspect product for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
Tools and Equipment used:
- Vacuum pen
- Tweezers
- Microscope
- Magnifying Ring Light
- Computers
Skills:
- Previous experience operating production machinery in a production environment preferred but not required
- Excellent Eyesight-requires close up visual inspection of small electronic parts (1/32" is size)
- Math Skills-Must be able to do basic addition, subtraction and multiplication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
- Communication-Be able to communicate effectively with coworkers. Be able to understand written instructions.
