Job Description:

High Mountain Pies, in Leadville, Colorado, serves the best pizza in the mountain region. We are a family run business with a year history of great food and community involvement. We are looking to round out our crew in anticipation of another successful summer.

Our cooks are responsible for daily prep and dough making. They work a fast paced line in an open kitchen. You must posess, or be able to learn, basic knife skills and customary kitchen practices. You need to be able to stand and work for up to 8 hours at a time. You must be able to work quickly and accurately while maintaining your cool under pressure. You will need to learn our recipes and procedures and implement them as requested.

We create pizzas, sandwiches, and wings at a fast pace in a cozy little open kitchen in the highest incorporated city in the U.S. We use quality ingredients in creative combinations to continually exceed the expectations of our guests.
