Custer County Healthcare Clinic !

$5000 Sign on Bonus !

 

Monday - Thursday 9 hours/day.

HRRMC’s Rehab Department is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our outlying clinic in Westcliffe, CO. This exciting opportunity focuses on providing personalized general PT care for the Wet Mountain Valley community patients, helping them achieve their physical therapy goals and reach their full potential.

Your Impact:
As a Physical Therapist at HRRMC, you’ll:

  • Evaluate patients with impairments and create personalized intervention plans to improve their physical function and quality of life.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries and disabilities while promoting overall fitness and health.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care in preventive, acute, and rehabilitative settings.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff and actively participate in discharge planning.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The Physical Therapist must have completed training in accordance with minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association. He/she must graduate from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy. The Physical Therapist must be a member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy, and must hold active license for the state of Colorado.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

1. Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.

2. Current CPR Certification.
