Job Description:
Pediatric dental office seeking someone to fill a starting part time, potentially growing to full time front desk reception position. Lots of flexibility and opportunities as this dynamic practice continues to grow. All qualified candidates encouraged to apply.
Looking for someone that is punctual and reliable, very detail-oriented, good customer service skills, previous dental/medical experience.
Job duties include answering phones, check-in and check-out, scheduling patients, billing, collecting payments, verifying/inputting new insurances, maintaining waiting room, confirming appts, and other duties on occasion.
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
