What You’ll Do:

Use your skills to resolve patient balances for scheduled and completed services
Tap into insurance verification tools and estimator systems to clarify costs
Reach out to patients, explain their options, and offer compassionate solutions
Guide patients through payment plans, financial assistance, Medicaid, and more
Work daily reports and collaborate with our awesome registration team

Education and/or Experience

A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience,
preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.

Language Skills

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent language, grammar
and spelling skills.
Must be able to multi-task
