At Centura Health, you will maximize your talent for organization, operations, customer service and have plenty of opportunity to lead and guide change. You’ll be seen as a valued resource as you collaborate with administration, management, physicians, and other staff members to support our patients, visitors and other customers.

Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.. Tracks and trends errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff. Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates the needs for associates. Communicates shift needs to the supervisor or manager as appropriate. Provides input for associate evaluations (as applicable). Committee involvement as assigned. May provide project management as needed.

What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • One year applicable experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CHAA certification or obtained within one year of hire (as applicable)

Physical Requirements

- Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
