Position Summary:

Pax8 is in search of a skilled and motivated Partner Support Operations Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a background in managing and administering a variety of SaaS platforms and will have strong problem-solving skills to support our global teams. This individual will also be a key component for driving automation initiatives and ensuring successful integration of tools and systems within the Partner Support tools technology ecosystem.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and administer a multitude of SaaS platforms for our global teams, including but not limited to: Talkdesk, Observe.ai, SharePoint Online, Zilla Security, and Power Automate
  • Serve as the go-to resource for addressing issues and assisting with Talkdesk issues
  • Assist with Technical Systems training for the Partner Support organization
  • Assist with user access needs, permissions management, and collaborate on security compliance-related tasks
  • Discover and drive automation efforts to boost organizational efficiencies
  • Develop, update and maintain documentation related to systems within the Partner Support organization
  • Plan, propose, and carry out projects with limited supervision
  • Efficiently manage time and diligently document work-related tasks and progress
  • Aid audit and security efforts while working closely with relevant teams
  • Act as a technical liaison for regional Partner Support teams and their leadership
  • Assist with the analysis and recommendation of system improvements

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • 4-5 Years of experience managing, deploying and consulting on technical business systems (Networking, UCaaS/CCaaS, SaaS, etc)
  • A strong desire to learn and document new systems and tools
  • Demonstrated experience in migrating business technologies between various products or environments
  • Working knowledge and understanding organizational management using Office 365 from an enterprise perspective
  • Exposure to working in a multitude of business environments between small to enterprise level organizations
  • Reviewing, Revising and Improving current systems to drive user experience and performance
  • Proven experience collaborating with a diverse range of departments, stakeholders, and/or 3rd parties
  • Familiarity with APIs and working with common scripting languages is a plus (javascript, python, powershell)
  • Occasional work outside of standard business hours is required (as needed on a project basis)

Required Education Certifications:

B.S. of Information Technology or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $71,000 or more depending on experience 

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
