Job Type: Part time, Hourly

Wage: $15/hr. 

Location: Penrose, CO.

Job Description

The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for pulling orders based on pick lists to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.

Responsibilities:

  • This position is also responsible for general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of warehouse area and production equipment
  • Monitor all product that is both incoming and outgoing for accountability accuracy
  • Restock and replenish as appropriate
  • Operate industrial power equipment
  • Stage completed pallets in designated area
  • Transport raw materials, total goods, and finished goods to designated areas
  • Load and unload designated trailers and route trucks Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment
  • Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
  • Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the intern is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a warehouse or similar industry preferred
  • Experience working on Warehouse Management System preferred
  • Experience working with Scanners in a Warehouse preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as add, substrate, multiple, and divide
  • Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
