Job: Part Time Plumbing Associate

Job Summary: As a Part-Time Plumbing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting customers in locating and purchasing plumbing materials, as well as providing product information and recommendations.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
• Receive, stock, and price merchandise according to company standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services

• Plumbing experience or plumbing sales experience preferred. 
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly 
• Self motivated and punctual
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Detail oriented
