Wage: $37,845-$65,427/yr.

Job Description:

The City of Salida Parks Recreation department is seeking a Parks Municipal Worker to join our team! Parks Municipal Worker I, II and III candidates will be considered, see the full job descriptions at the links below for education and experience requirements for each level. This position performs a wide variety of manual labor and semi-skilled work related to the operation of construction equipment, machinery and power tools utilized in the construction, maintenance and repair of the city parks, trails, open space, grounds and facilities. Increasing experience, education and supervisory duties apply to Level II and III positions.

Salary Range, dependent on job level:

Parks Municipal Worker I $37,845 - $52,979 Annually. Hiring range up to $45,414.

Parks Municipal Worker II $39,233 - $54,936 Annually. Hiring range up to $47,080.

Parks Municipal Worker III $46,743 - $65,427 Annually. Hiring range up to $56,092.

Salary plus benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, 401(a) and 457 retirement plan options with employer match, Personal Time Off accrual, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and a family swim benefit at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center.
