Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of pool decks, skimmers, filters, and surrounding areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, valves, and plumbing systems to guarantee optimal operation.
• Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to balance pool chemistry according to industry standards.
• Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and routine maintenance tasks.
• Document all cleaning activities, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections meticulously in logs.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting supplies or equipment as needed during overnight shifts.

Experience.

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with pool plumbing systems, equipment repair, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Customer service skills are a plus when interacting with clients or team members about pool conditions.
• Outdoor work experience is beneficial due to the nature of the role’s environment.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic water treatment procedures is essential for success in this role.
