Job Description

Achieving growth in Rocky Mountain ICF market share by developing and cultivating leads and relationships, conducting educational sessions for clients, assisting clients in designing and using NUDURA products in their projects. provide detailed take-offs and quotes for client projects. Provide onsite support of client projects. Assist in developing Rocky Mountain ICF annual business plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Builds and cultivates prospective relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to create awareness and provide additional product/service information with new and existing clients, developing and managing a pipeline for new business.
  • Researches and qualifies potential customers
  • Presents RMICF product demonstration classes to prospective clients
  • Contacts key decision makers and generate interest with light commercial and residential developers/contractors
  • Works with Director of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
  • Works directly with the Director of Sales in setting weekly and monthly targets and exceeding them.
  • Builds quick rapport, works seamlessly with internal and external customers
  • Attends meetings and prepares content when needed.
  • Aggressively prospects, researches and develops leads using a variety of sources.
  • Maintains sales database, by managing data for new and prospective clients in Sales Force; ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Manages sales tracking tools and reports on key sales strategies, campaigns, trends, markets, etc.

Requirements

This Position is for the Colorado Springs and Denver Markets. We will provide training, a Vehicle, and all other resources needed for the position.

Additional Info

Starting Salary is $45,000 with commission opportunities. Benefits are available after 90 days
