What You’ll Do:
- Represent Valley-Wide at community meetings, sharing resources and promoting healthcare services.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, legal systems, human services, and healthcare organizations to improve care coordination.
- Participate in internal advisory group meetings and Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) activities to enhance the patient experience.
- Attend and support health screening events, including those held offsite.
- Travel throughout the service area as needed, with occasional overnight stays.
- Contribute to strategy and innovation meetings with the Healthcare Strategy & Innovation Department.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
What You Bring:
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong organizational and collaborative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
