MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to accept responsibility work independently, prioritize and accurately perform work responsibilities.
Ability to demonstrate initiative to learn and develop in communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/ GED
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Continuous movement throughout the hospital
Intermittent sitting, standing
Intermittent bending, kneeling, and squatting
Ability to lift up to 30% of your body weight
Ability to read and understand English
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with patients, families and staff in a professional
manner in stressful situations.
Ability to maintain matters of a confidential nature
Ability to remain calm in crisis situations
