Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $18-$22/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

Monday-Friday – Salary commensurate with experience

Local Financial Services Firm has immediate opening for a full time Office Coordinator. The office coordinator will provide vital administrative support to our team and manage daily calendars in Outlook. They will restock supplies, and submit other requests as needed. The coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for our clients and greeting office visitors and answering phone and email inquiries. A personable and detail-oriented individual who is well experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks will do well in this role.

Objectives of this role:

· Ensure that office visitors feel welcome and comfortable

· Maintaining confidentiality of all office and client information

· Provide strong administrative support and assist team members to perform their jobs productively and efficiently

· Maintain a master calendar of client appointments and work flow, as well as, light rental property management.

· Keep all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order

Responsibilities:

· Greet office visitors and callers as well as transferring calls to fellow employees and taking messages

· Support office staff as needed by completing various general administrative tasks, such as creating documents, proofreading, sending communications, and filing

· Assisting in the preparation of client meetings and providing appropriate paperwork

· Preparing and mailing out letters, billing, client paperwork and reports

· Receiving and processing deposit of client checks

· Scheduling repairs and maintenance for office building as well as rental properties

· Preparing leases for property tenants

· Ensuring that invoices and bills are paid on time

· Collecting payment from tenants and writing receipts

· Assisting with document assembly

· Keeping up with ordering office supplies

· Light errand running (collecting mail at post office and depositing checks at bank)

· Recording deposits, reconciling bank statements and writing checks in QuickBooks

· Update company website as needed

- Clerical experience
- Administrative experience
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with financial services
- Ability to manage schedules and vendors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
