Job: Office Administrative Manager

Wage: $21-$25/hr.
Location: Buena Vista, CO.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- All administrative requirements to ensure an efficient operation for our lodge, cafe, and rafting company
- Promote excellent guest service
- Human Resources- ensuring all staff paperwork is complete and all employment requirements are met
- Calculate and submit payroll
- Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Maintaining and managing inventory and ordering as needed
- Supervise seasonal Outfitter Store and staff
- Assist in the training process for new hires
Requirements:
- Management or supervisory experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with basic HR functions such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and strong computer skills
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
